Ali brings his years of construction experience in renovating properties and working on custom homes as a primary advantage for his clients when purchasing and selling real estate. Understanding that purchasing a well-built home that is right for his clients is more important than anything else.

BIO

I studied electrical engineering in school and worked as a Business Systems analyst for 8 years in various international IT companies; managing teams in banking, media and communication sector.

At the age of 25 I purchased my first home, a modest semi-detached property in Richmond Hill. To be able to afford the mortgage I used what savings I had to renovate the house and created a basement apartment to create cash flow. After two years I sold the property for a considerable return and used the profits to purchase additional investment properties. And that’s were it all started, when I realized that I had a passion for real estate and construction and started solely working in the home building sector;  renovating properties and eventually helping build custom homes.

I know how important it is to find a well built home for my clients and look past the just the interior finishes and look at the actual structure of the home to realize its potential for my clients. My strategy is very simple. The first thing I do is to earn my clients trust in my ability; not with sales figures or statics but with honest knowledgeable service.
